Welcome To The Paella Party Website
A paella party is a great way of introducing a fresh and exciting catering system to your events. The are so many occasions in today's lifestyle that see the need for lots of hard work, organisation and preparation where catering is concerned, so why not let us do all of the hard the work for you, spanish style!
A paella is a traditional spanish dish and is usually the star catering attraction of any spanish fiesta (party). Paella is suitable for meat lovers, fish or seafood fans and of course, vegetarians. Traditional methods of cooking paella see the use of a "paellera" (paella pan) and can vary in size depending on the amount of guests present. The largest ever recorded paellera is 21 metres and was used in in Madrid, Spain for the "Biggest paella in the World" event On October 2, 2001 to feed 110,000 people! Well, we cannot cater for such as big a crowd, but our 1 metre dish can certainly cater well for up to 100 guests. We are happy to cater for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, private parties, anniversaries and any other special occasion that you may wish to celebrate.
We specialize in the preparation and cooking of traditional Spanish cuisine. Some of the main types of paellas that we prepare are:
- Paella de carne (meat paella)
- Paella de mariscos (seafood paella)
- Paella mixta (mixed paella)
We also prepare and serve traditional cold and Hot Tapas. All of our menu's are prepared using only the finest fresh ingredients that are sourced from local farm produce.
The food will be prepared and cooked from fresh at the venue of your choice, using the authentic paellera. Depending on the number of guests will determine the size of the paellera (paella pan) that is to be used. The minimum number of guests required for a paella party booking is 20, and we can cater for up to a 180 guests in total.
