A little about us

Paella Party is a family run business that has been preparing paellas for more than 10 years using Grandmaís authentic Recipes and adapting them to suit the British taste.

Our team enjoy providing to the customerís gatherings an incredible feast. The enthusiasm and pride in making our food a success in every party is reflected in our extensive customer database, regularly recurring customers, consistant referals through word of mouth and our long list of testimonials.

My enjoyment of both the preparation and cooking of paellas came across 17 years ago when visiting Valencia and I was invited for a Sunday lunch in a country house on the outskirts of the city. I had the privilege to be of assistance to the eighty year old host, using the regionís typical ingredients, their own free rage rabbit and chicken.
Now, living in the beautiful town of Seaford in East Sussex, I am able to pass on my experiences of old and new to my clients and their guests in the comfort of their own homes and venues to bring the true taste of Spanish cuisine into England!

Every year we review the menu to introduce new produce. We practice rigorous researching, testing and also consuming. We explore traditional Spanish cuisine to present authentic dishes from distinctive regions of Spain. Travelling through the country by road, participating in local traditions such as "la matanza" (the domestic slaughtering season), sharing interest in homemade food, and trying our best to re-produce from different provinces, making us rich in knowledge of the Spanish cuisine.

Curing Ham

In 2013 I started curing my own ham in Seaford, East Sussex. In October 2013 I carved the first leg of my ham. Having achieved a good quality ham after waiting for seven months, I am now looking for good free range pigs to create an excellent Serrano ham. I am fully open to new ideas whilst bringing the same great quality of service and food to clients of old and new.
