Sorry for the delay in writing but we went away to Spain the day after the holiday! I just wanted to say Thank you so much for making my party so special. The Paella was fantastic and we had so many people asking where I had found you so I hope you will get lots of orders. The whole presentation was lovely and the smells were fantastic as you were cooking the paella, and your speech was lovely and made it more interesting for the guests.Thank you again Jorge and we hope to use you again in the summer.

We all had a very good time yesterday and a good portion of that was down to your super food so thank you for all your efforts in driving all the way to us and back, I hope your car behaved itself on the way home, and battling with the wind. I just wanted to drop you a short email, to say a huge thanks for both your efforts on Saturday evening. You and your son make a great team and I can honestly say that the paellas you produced went down a storm - so many compliments I've lost count! In fact we were given a paella dish (although somewhat smaller than yours!) as a gift so next time we will have a go at making our own, but I somehow think we have a long way to go to get anywhere near the quality of yours. Thanks once again for helping to make a wonderful evening truly fantastic and I hope your clients on Sunday were equally impressed - hopefully you now have a few days rest until it starts all over again. I thought you would like to know how many people have said to me how much they enjoyed your paella. I know that several people took your card but more have asked for them including my manicurist who has talked to her other clients about it. She has said that she will give out your card to her clients so if you send quite a few to me I am happy to give some to her and to other people who might ask.

Hi Jorge,
Just a short note to say thank you very much for yesterday. I know there were a few hiccups and we did eat a little later than planned, but the timing worked out well in the end for the guests. Everyone thought the paella was amazing and we are looking forward to leftovers for tea tonight.

Very happy with the service!
We had a garden party to celbrate my 60th birthday on 11th July 2009. Jorge came and cooked the paellas and everybody without exception commented how superb they were!

I booked a party with these guys for my daughters christening after party last summer. The food was fantastic and the services were very efficient. I would most certainly reccomend this type of catering service to anybody wanting to brighten up their party. I will be booking again this summer also!
